·       We aim to provide a positive environment and deliver a great service to our children, families, and staff.

·       To have a ‘child-centred' approach in our nursery, focusing on each child's unique needs and interests while prioritising their rights to play, learn, grow, and build friendships, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (2023).

·       Our staff's wellbeing and unique skills, by supporting their professional development.

·       Our partnerships with parents and families enhance children's well-being in our care, alongside parental involvement through creating our annual events.
